The Atomic Clock is ticking.

Prophecy is a hard thing to nail down. Predictions are easier. But where do the two meet? What if you could see into things, just sat there all day, put all your resources into coming up with what was likely to happen? And What if you had a nuclear brain? The Atomic Clock is a robot buried deep under Greenwich Park in London, which has become know for being the best prophet of our times. It can tell the future more accurately than anyone else roaming the earth (the Clock doesn’t roam, but… you get the idea).

As events have been pouring in, the clock has been sending out more and more troublesome prediction on the current state of things. They don’t look good. It’s latest states “The Infiltration will bring fire to the Seven Ministries reign.” Which is about the place where a future predicting robot passes into vague portents. I know the future’s changing all the time, but man, it sure would be reassuring if the indicators themselves weren’t just getting cryptic on us. We’re having a hard enough time figuring things out on our own.
